This investment property was a complete transformation from start to finish. Beyond updating the kitchen and bathrooms, we reimagined every corner of the home. The outdated fireplace became a true centerpiece with a fresh shiplap accent wall, modern black tile surrounding the insert, and a rustic mantel that tied the design together.

The rest of the home received thoughtful upgrades as well: durable LVP flooring was installed throughout the main areas, plush new carpet refreshed the bedrooms, and every room was finished with new trim, baseboards, and doors for a polished look.
